1 Chicken quartered

1 Jar Mild or Medium Salsa

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Cup Onion Chopped

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. MSG

Directions

Put chicken in a Casserole dish.

Mix Salsa, onion, seasonings and sour cream.

Pour mix over chicken pieces. Top with Cheddar Cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Check to see if you need to add moisture.
