Ingredients

1 pkg. Thin sliced Chicken Breasts

1 egg, forked

4 tbsp. olive oil or butter

1 tsp. MSG

1 tsp. Onion Powder

Parmesan Cheese to taste

Pepper to taste

6 tbsp. Port or Sauterne

Directions

Mix egg, onion powder, sugar, salt, pepper and MSG

Dip chicken pieces in forked egg mix and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Sauté until tender; deglaze pan with Port or white wine and pour sauce over chicken.
