Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup1/2 cup V81/2 up each of Peas and Corn2 tsp. Dill.4 small Artichoke hearts (from a can)1/2 tsp. PepperDirections
Saute chicken breasts until they are well browned on both sides.
Add the soup, V8, peas, corn, pepper and dill to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Top with the small Artichoke Hearts and serve.
