Ingredients

1 Chicken quartered or two breasts and two leg quarters

1 can Italian Stewed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth or stock
8 carrots
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. MSG
2 tsp. Sugar (tomatoes are acidic)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove chicken pieces to a serving plate.

Blend vegetables on high to make a sauce.

Put chicken on a platter, cover with sauce and serve
