Ingredients
4 chicken legs or breasts
1 cup chicken stock, water or broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter
4 ounces of tomato paste
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. MSG
/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup sherry
Quarter the chicken.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Dredge with flour and brown in butter. Remove chicken pieces and put them in a Casserole. Add remaining ingredients except sherry. Stir until mixed and warmed.
Deglaze pan in which birds were browned and pour everything into the Casserole. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Mix in sherry at the end.
