Ingredients

2 cups of Chicken Breasts cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup melted Butter

Paprika for color

1 can Plums

1 cup Heavy cream

1 tsp. MSG

Directions

First prepare the Plum Sauce.

Drain Plums, remove any pits and puree with cream and MSG on high. Then, slowly simmer until thickened.

The Chicken

Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika, place them in a skillet with melted butter and mix.

Saute pieces of chicken until tender.

Place them in a Casserole dish and top with Plum Cream Sauce. Heat until warm and serve.
