4 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 ounces [100 g] Pecans
1/2 cup honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Saute Pecans in 1 tbsp. butter
Remove Pecans, add the rest of the butter and sauté Chicken Breasts until done.
Add the honey back into the pan and stir together.
Put the chicken on a serving plate. Then deglaze the pan and pour the Pecan, Honey/Butter sauce over the Chicken Breasts.
Serve Chicken Breasts hot
