Ingredients

2 cups of Chicken Breasts cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup melted Butter

Paprika for color

1 can Peaches or fresh peaches if available

cup Heavy cream

tsp. MSG

Directions

First prepare the Peach Sauce.

Drain Peaches and puree with cream and MSG on high. Then, slowly simmer until thickened.

The Chicken

Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika, place them in a skillet with melted butter and mix.

Saute pieces of chicken until tender.

Place them in a Casserole dish and top with Peach Cream Sauce. Heat until warm and serve.
