Ingredients
2-3 lbs. Chicken pieces
Directions
In medium skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until it just begins to brown. Add onion. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Remove bacon and onion from skillet; set aside; reserve drippings.
Saute chicken in skillet. Add 1 cup chicken stock to pan. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer until tender.
Mix milk, Cream of Chicken soup and 1 tbsp. paprika and add to skillet. Heat to serving temperature and top with remaining paprika.
Serve with hot cooked egg noodles.
