Ingredients
2 cups of Chicken Breasts cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp. melted ButterSalt and pepper to taste1 can Pineapple Chunks1/2 cup Salsa (your choice of "hot"1 tsp. MSGDirections
First prepare the Pineapple Sauce.
Drain Pineapple Juice and mix chunks with salsa and MSG.
The Chicken
Oil a large pan. Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt and pepper and saute until tender, turning frequently.
Add the Pineapple/Salsa Sauce and mix thoroughly. Heat until it starts tp simmer and serve.
