Meuniere is just a fancy French word for a lemon butter sauce

Ingredients

Ingredients

1 lb. Chicken Breasts
White wine
Salt
1/2 cup melted butter
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lemon, quartered

Directions

Saute the Chicken Breasts gently in butters. Remove them to a serving dish and keep warm.

Deglaze the pan with white wine and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the steaks, Top with parsley* and serve with lemon wedges.

*Include stems. Most of the flavor of parsley in the stems.
