Meuniere is just a fancy French word for a lemon butter sauce

1 lb. Chicken BreastsWhite wineSalt1/2 cup melted butter2 to 3 tablespoons butter2 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 lemon, quarteredDirections
Saute the Chicken Breasts gently in butters. Remove them to a serving dish and keep warm.
Deglaze the pan with white wine and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the steaks, Top with parsley* and serve with lemon wedges.
*Include stems. Most of the flavor of parsley in the stems.
