Ingredients

2 cups of Chicken Breasts scissored into bite size pieces 1/

2 cup melted Butter

1 can chicken broth Paprika for color 1 jar Marmalade

1 cup Heavy cream

1 tsp. MSG

Directions

Firstprepare the Marmalade Sauce. Puree marmalade, cream and MSG on high. Then, slowly simmer until sauce thickened. Do NOT boil. The Chicken Sprinkle chicken pieces with paprika and place them in a pot with chicken broth. Cook until tender. Drain and freeze stock for future use. Add butter and stir to eliminate sticking. Put the chicken in a Baking Pot dish, top with Marmalade Cream Sauce and serve.
