Ingredients
2 pounds [1 kg] Chicken Breasts
1 package white (Bechamel) sauce1/3 cup Parmesan cheese1/2 lb. Bacon1/2 cup sliced onions1 tsp. Powdered garlic1 tsp. Oregano1/4 cup olive oilDirections
Microwave Bacon until crisp.
Spread Olive Oil in bottom of baking dish and top with Breasts.
Make white sauce according to package directions. Add Parmesan cheese, herbs and Spread over Chicken. Top with Crumbled bacon.
Bake into a 350°F [180°C] oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until Chicken is tender.
Garnish and serve. >
