Ingredients

Chicken Breasts for 8

2 pkgs. Whites sauce mix

8 slices of well done bacon

1/4 cup bacon fat

1 tsp. Garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp. sugar

1 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 pint light cream

Directons

Saute Chicken Breasts until done

Make white sauce according to directions in a double boiler.

Add half and half, parmesan cheese and seasoning mix and simmer until sauce is reduced to desired thickness.

Put chicken breasts on a serving dish and cover with sauce.

Decorate with crumpled bacon on top.
