Ingredients
1 Chicken Quartered
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken stock or a can of chicken broth
1 tbsp. Flour
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
1 box frozen Spinach
1/2 cups chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Powdered Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. MSG*
Water to cover
1/2 cup sherry*
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Quarter the chicken.
Put all the ingredients in a pot and simmer until chicken is well done. Cool and put in refrigerator over night.
Heat and serve the next day. Mix in sherry at the end.
