This is a Chicken adaptation of the famous French dish, Sole with Crumpled Bacon

Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. well done crumpled Bacon
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 can milk

Directions

Sauce, the Easy Way

Buy a can Of cream of Chicken Soup. Add one half can milk, crumple bacon into the sauce and you are done

Sauté Chicken Breasts 8 minutes on each side in bacon fat. When the Chicken is done, place it on your serving platter, cover with the sauce.
