Chef's Note: Aoli Sauce is garlic sauce
Ingredients
4 Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs3 tbsp. Cooking oil3 cups cooked small pasta (Bowties, Rotini, Shells, etc.)2 pkgs. White or Bechamel Sauce2 tsp. Oregano leaves (or 1 tsp. powder>2 tsp. Garlic powder2 tsp. Paprika (for color)Directions
Saute chicken in oil until golden brown and tender
Make White Sauce according to package directions adding Garlic powder and Oregano Put pasta in bottom of a serving platter. Top with Chicken. Top chicken with Aoli sauce. Top Aoli sauce with Paprika.
