Ingredients
(We have deliberately not specified amounts so that you can adjust your cooking to the size of the Chicken)2-3 lbs. scissored Chicken Breasts
Use 1 cup Butter or moreMSG1 tbsp. Sugar to each cup of SherrySalt and pepper to taste1 cup SherryDirections
Put Chicken and butter in a pot or Casserole and cook until done.Add wine, MSG, salt, pepper and sugar to the butter in pot: mix to make a sauce and pour it over the Chicken.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
