Thank you for visiting.
This is the oldest American recipe. We hope you like it. Brunswick
Stew is one of our favorites. It is named after Brunswick County, Va.
The story is that 4 men went hunting. One stayed behind to watch the camp, build a fire and find some vegetables. The hunters came back empty handed but the man who stayed had a wild chicken and wild vegetables boiling in a pot. That is the tale of Brunswick Stew.
