Ingredients
4 Chicken legs or Breasts
Milk + 2 tbsp. according to directions1 pkg. White sauce or Bechamel3 tbsp. Bacon fat1/2 lb. well done crumpled BaconDirections
Put chicken in a Casserole dish with 2 tbsp. Bacon fat and bake for 1/2 hour.
Sauce, the Easy Way
Prepare packaged sauce according to directions. Stir in 3 extra ounces of milk and an extra tbsp. each of bacon fat and flour to add flavor.
Add the crumpled bacon and the sauce is done.
Cover the Chicken with the sauce and serve when ready. >
