Ingredients

4 leg quarters of Sliced Chicken Breasts

2 Delicious Apples

1 cup light cream

1 cup milk

1 tsp. MSG

2 tsp. Oregano leaves

2 tsp. Sugar

2 tbsp. Brandy or Rum

Directions

Slice apples and remove pits

Mix Oregano Garlic powder and cream

Next. alternate layers of chicken and apple slices in a Casserole dish. Cover with apple/ cream sauce.

Put a layer of Aluminum foil over Casserole dish and cover

Cook at 350 F until Chicken is tender. Add milk if necessary. Add Brandy to the sauce 5 minutes before done
