Ingredients

2 cups of Chicken Breasts sliced or cut into bite size pieces

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 can small or medium artichoke hearts

Paprika for color

2 tsp. Garlic Powder

2 tsp. MSG

4 ounces of honey

extra milk

Directions

Blend Artichokes, cream, honey and Garlic Powder on high.

Place chicken in Casserole and cover with sauce.

Then, slowly simmer until chicken is tender. Add milk as needed to maintain moisture
