1 Chicken Quartered
1 jar salsa (your choice of hot)
1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can Small Artichoke Hearts
4 tbsp. butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 300F
Put butter and chicken in pot and saute until golden
Mix Soup and Salsa and add to the pot.
Bake at 300 F for 15 minutes.
